The polypropylene cover is formulated to biodegrade in microbial landfills within 5 years** versus the hundreds of years it takes normal plastic.All contents are 100% recyclable. Completely reusable with unlimited shelf-life. Customizable clear overlay on front, back and spine will not stick or lift copy. Acid-free, archival and environmentally-safe polypropylene. This binder is designed with removable ring metals. Two clear inside pockets for storing additional loose papers. Rings mounted on back lid so pages lay flat.
